Rolled Fondant
Rolled Fondant, also known as sugar paste, is a thick, creamy white sugar mass that, when used as icing gives a smooth appearance. At L'Amour, we do not recommend Rolled Fondant Icing for the following reasons:
- Rolled Fondant cakes are labor intensive and essentially double the price of your cake.
- A less preferred taste.
- Hard to cut under low humidity conditions.
